As engineers we only work with first grade products – that way we know our costs, calculations, safety risk assessments, installation procedure and operating performances and of course you are receiving a measurable result every time at a reasonable price.
In this clip you will see prime quality materials, machine tools and supporting skills in operation – this is what your money is being used for when you engage us. We have automatic machine tools, all the qualified engineers, designers, engineering equipment and procedures we need to enable us to design and construct exactly what you need and expect to arrive.
This film is made on location and represents what happens when you give us an order – we have featured Troax to represent what 50 years of accumulated techniques and experience does to guarantee the quality and performance of engineering – they are by no means alone, all our suppliers offer these sort of skills and clean working environments.
It only takes a few minutes to reflect upon the fact you are watching the product of 12 generations of engineering and the work of millions of people who have gone before us to pioneer the way to the high standards we all enjoy today – we are privileged to be able to continue the tradition.
Material quality - Rust, short lengths, corrosion, second quality, chemical content and manufacturing process are all hugely important considerations. If you can’t guarantee condition then you can’t guarantee safety performance or most of all that the money you hand over is fairly represented in the goods for which you have made the exchange. This clip starts with shots of clean components and first quality stock. The sheen is the oil used to maintain this quality through to painting – it also ensures a high quality paint finish – this is typical of a quality production plant and is environmentally friendly.
Construction methods - The material sourcing and tooling are all important in the lead up to assembly. Poor tooling delays other processes up the line which then turns into a downward spiral that can only lead eventually to the demise of the operation. When goods arrive on site they fit poorly and cause delays to the installers who try to correct the faults. Good tooling and design prevents that happening. That is what your money is spent on and policed by us to ensure your investment with us is a pleasing expectation when it arrives on location.
When to use skill over automation - If there is no robot in this clip it means the cost is more than that of a skilled operator – this way you achieve a balance between standardization and flexibility
Flexibility - Flexibility also extends between companies and transferable equipment to achieve tasks in the field. You will find this is a major benefit when dealing with us – we solve a lot of problems this way and you cannot obtain this service anywhere else.
Tooling - Tooling to our manufacturing bases is like learning, it is constantly on going. We keep records on condition and function and a great deal of time and effort goes in to tooling improvements with supporting levels of training and investment.
Assembly - Factory built equipment saves time on site as it is always quicker to construct in a purpose built environment. It means the fixings and assembly techniques enable very fast build times on site, especially with partitioning where you can create new work space and controlled environments in a matter of a few hours.
Handling - Anything built remotely must be transported with a corresponding risk to damage. The manufacturing techniques are carefully constructed to ensure the base products are kept entirely free of damage.
Finish - Painting leaves the finished article in beautiful condition but susceptible to marking and scratches in transit. Our factories have many solutions to this problem but Troax is particularly good at ensuring very economical but maximum product protection. We have tried many alternative suppliers to save cost in consultation with our customers and never been able to match this level of quality at the price.
Speed of production - Investment in assembly and storage equipment is what we are about so you would expect our own production plants to be correctly equipped – and they are.
Method - A great deal of thought goes into what we and our suppliers do, the methods have taken years to evolve and are constantly under review for investment, training and process opportunities. For this reason the clips are necessarily restricted, however we would be happy to arrange factory visits to any of our suppliers in any location.
Transport - As much thought goes into our transport as it does to all aspects of our business – you can expect your goods on time, in excellent condition every time.
