Site Surveys

Our field engineers are equipped with the latest technology to be able to visit a site, and prepare a 3D image of what your storage facility could look like when the capacity is maximised. These plans are invaluable when sizing and designing new builds, or developing plans for the re-engineering of existing warehouse and storage space.

In addition, our engineers can also conduct a visual audit of your complete facility, and make recommendations on improvements that will enable you to provide a safer and more efficient workspace.

This service is a chargeable service, and the cost will depend on location. However, all the charges are redeemable if Engineered Solutions are provided with the project.

Health and Safety Consultancy

We are able to consult with you on a range of health and safety areas that are involved in our field. Working from a risk assessment and management basis, we are able to advise in the following areas:

 

Lifting and handling – from the provision of advice on safe handling levels, to warehouse audits for structural safety and movement or storage risks, and providing signage and guidelines for you to include as part of your health and safety plans.

Equipment audits – we can assess the loading and usage of your handling and movement equipment, and provide an indication of suitability and longevity.

Ergonomics – an assessment of your workplace with the operatives in mind – looking at the equipment used, the manual interventions required, and the risks of injury through repetitive or risky tasks.

 

We are also able to network to other affiliate organisations to conduct and review other areas in the health and safety arena – from conducting noise level surveys and providing PPE’s through to assisting with the construction of your complete health and safety plan.
