Vehicle Loader ConveyorVehicle Loader ConveyorMobile twin belt vehicle loader conveyor for box van and smaller container loading/unloading. The conveyor belt width is 350mm. Belt material 2 ply PVC high grip, rough top finish. There are reversible controls at either end of the conveyor (24 volt). Manual hydraulic height adjustment on main boom. Screwjack height adjustment on infeed table. The conveyor is fully underguarded and rollers shrouded. Slider bed construction - 142mm deep. Drive - 0.375kW motor gearbox mounted below main boom. Speed 20 metres per minute. The vehicle loader conveyor is mounted on 150mm dia. swivel braked castors. A useful option is the Expandaveyor gravity roller tongue conveyor which may be manually extended or closed within the vehicle during loading and unloading. The conveyor vehicle loader can also be used in conjunction with the standard Expandaveyor for moving goods between the warehouse and vehicle tailboard.
