High Rise Telescopic Expressway Conveyor

The high rise telescopic expressway conveyor has fully welded extendable gravity roller tracks mounted on a robust welded chassis.  The conveyor decks are adjusted by means of a screw jack adjustable platform to suit the vehicle height.  The conveyor tracks are fitted with high impact 50mm dia. PVC rollers at 65mm pitch for long life durability. 20mm BZP steel rollers are used in the transfer sections to ensure smooth package travel between the conveyor decks. All conveyor decks have screw jack height adjustment. The standard conveyor width is 600mm.  Open length 13500mm (10000mm inside vehicle). Closed length 4300mm.  The conveyor is mounted on castors and is easy to move around.  The conveyor will stack neatly away when not in use.
